Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in Saint-Maur. Came here for 1 night stay, had a such great experience. The queen room was well-organised and clean with Tea Coffee, air conditioning plus the bedroom. The location was marvellous and the staff were courteous...

Convenient location off motorway. Comfy bed. Tasty steak in restaurant. Nice continental breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

The food was outstanding with a good choice of alternatives. It had an unbeatable and magnificent location not far from restaurant, France and the outskirts of town.

Shame the bathroom was grubby.

For the price paid, the room at this hotel was clean and well-equipped. It perfectly suited my needs as I was visiting La Brenne National Park for wildlife photography. The location was ideal, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

We have stayed at the hotel perhaps 8_10 times as it is half way between our home in France and the UK where we have a hotel business.The receptionist was very helpful in giving us a code to use in the automatic reception machine.

Firstly, the hotel has undergone a facelift and the result is not so appealing as we beleive it has lost some of its character.Probably the worst thing was the automatic reception machine needs binning and replacing as the questions it asks do not seem to have any relevence to the supply of the room key.Standing in front of the machine at midnight in the pouring rain and being unsure if the thing is working at all, trying for 10 frustrating minutes, then suddenly after pushing all the buttons in a randomly desperate attempt it expels the key!

the location was good and excellent and i could use free parking on site.

The staff at the front desk were friendly and polite, giving a warm welcome. The location was conveniently close to the A20, perfect for an overnight rest during a long journey.

Location close to the aurtoroute. Found it in the pouring rain straight away (my friend and I were on motorbikes) so glad to get out of the rain).

Hair dryer would have been good. Assume it is on the list for updating - we were at the Campanile at Evreux the night before and that was excellent.

Convenient location, welcoming staff, great restaurant with delicious food, clean premises, nice breakfast with good selection of items.

Got to the bus stop within 5 minutes walk, as it has perfect and convenient location. The staff was amicable and helpful and solved our problems immediately. Stayed in brand-new and well laid out room for the wheelchair.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent - we got more than we expected! The room was clean, and it was a pleasant surprise to find tea and coffee making facilities in it. The location was perfect for us as it was close to the A20 motorway, and the staff treated us well, making us feel welcome.

The morning meal could be improved by adding more flavor to the orange and apple juice.
